■ If there is a problem with the product
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the ordered product, we will promptly return or exchange it according to your request. Please fill out the return/exchange application form within 7 days after receiving the item.
After completing the procedure, we will inform you how to return the product.
Conditions for non-return/exchange
- If you do not receive an application for return or exchange within 7 days after the product arrives at the customer.
- If there is a feeling of use, damage, or stains on the product
- If the product tag or accessories are lost
- If the product is returned by a method other than that specified by the Company
